  • Paradise Welding Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Robotic Welding Technician to support the setup, operation, maintenance, and optimization of our robotic welding systems. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality weld production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining production efficiency across a variety of fabrication projects.
    The ideal candidate has experience with robotic welding systems, understands welding fundamentals, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment focused on precision, safety, and production quality.
    Responsibilities

    • Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding cells and automated welding equipment

    • Program, adjust, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems for various production runs

    • Perform weld quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances

    • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings

    • Adjust welding parameters including voltage, amperage, wire feed speed, and travel speed

    • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on robotic welding equipment

    • Identify production issues and work with fabrication teams to improve efficiency and consistency

    • Load and unload fixtures, materials, and fabricated components safely

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    • Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards

    • Assist with prototype development and custom fabrication projects when needed

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience operating robotic welding systems preferred

    • MIG welding experience required; TIG and Flux-Core experience considered a plus

    • Familiarity with robotic programming systems such as FANUC, Lincoln Electric, OTC, ABB, or similar platforms preferred

    • Ability to read blueprints and welding schematics

    • Strong understanding of welding processes, metal fabrication, and production flow

    • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

    • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

    • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

    Preferred Experience

    • Manufacturing or structural fabrication experience

    • Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

    • Knowledge of fixturing and automated production workflows

    • AWS certifications are a plus

    Work Environment
    This position is performed in a fabrication and manufacturing environment with exposure to welding equipment, moving machinery, sparks, fumes, and loud noise levels. Proper PPE is required at all times.

This role involves welding, fitting, and fabricating a wide range of custom metal components and assemblies for industrial, commercial, and structural applications. Candidates should be experienced in reading blueprints, maintaining weld quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

    • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

    • Fabricate and assemble parts to specification

    • Operate grinders, saws, torches, and other fabrication equipment

    • Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and structural integrity

    • Maintain clean and organized work areas

    • Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards

    • Work independently and alongside fabricators, fitters, and project leads

    • Assist with shop production and custom fabrication projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Certified MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred

    • Minimum 2–5 years of welding/fabrication experience

    • Ability to weld in multiple positions

    • Strong understanding of weld measurements and tolerances

    • Experience with stainless steel and aluminum fabrication is a plus

    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods

    • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Paradise Welding is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, oversee fabrication personnel, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position requires a strong background in welding and fabrication, leadership experience, and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced industrial environment.

    The Welding Supervisor will coordinate production schedules, assist with project execution, support welders and fabricators on the floor, and ensure all work meets company and customer specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise welders, fabricators, helpers, and shop personnel

    • Coordinate daily workflow and production priorities

    • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

    • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld specifications

    • Monitor weld quality and enforce shop standards

    • Train and mentor welding and fabrication staff

    • Assist with fitting, welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting when needed

    Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and pipe specifications

    • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble pipe systems and structural components

    • Prepare materials for welding and fabrication

    • Perform layout work and verify measurements for accuracy

    • Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum pipe systems

    • Use grinders, torches, saws, beveling tools, and other fabrication equipment

    • Assist welders during assembly and fabrication processes

    • Inspect fit-up quality and ensure proper alignment before welding

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

    • Follow company safety standards and production schedules

    Qualifications:

    • Previous pipe fitting experience required
